We are so grateful you're making the trip to celebrate with us! Here are a few helpful details to make sure you’re all set for a smooth and comfortable wedding day.
RSVP
Please RSVP by July 15th, 2025 so we can finalize all the details and plan for your arrival!
Dress Code
Our celebration will be Formal Attire — suits, tuxedos, and formal dresses are encouraged.
Ladies: Since the ceremony and reception will be held on grass, we recommend block heels, wedges, or comfortable flats.

​​We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, so the bride can shine on her special day. Thank you for understanding!

Weather
The wedding will take place outdoors along the river in the Delta area of Walnut Grove. Late September days are typically warm, but the Delta breeze can bring cooler temperatures in the evening. We suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap so you're cozy once the sun sets.
Transportation & Parking
Shuttles will be provided on the wedding day for guests. The pick up point will be at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Please check back closer to our wedding date for departure times.

For those driving, parking will be available at the venue. Please note: the drive follows a scenic two-lane highway along the river — allow a little extra time for a smooth and relaxed arrival.
